He has more than 30+ years of experience in various sectors like Statutory & Internal Audits of medium sized Co.'s, Management Consultancy in the areas of internal Control, Augmenting Finances and Tax Planning, Loan Syndication & Due diligence studies.

Pavan is a Graduate in Commerce, Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from United States of America. He has experience of 10+ years serving Financial Services clients. He started his career working for Deloitte India and then moved to Bermuda Island (Territory of United Kingdom) to gain international exposure in Fund Accounting. In Bermuda he worked as an audit consultant and also as an administrator for various Funds & Insurance Companies

Avinash is a Graduate in Commerce and a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a qualified Information Systems Auditor (ISA) from ICAI. He is a certified ‘Forensic auditor as certified by ICAI. Also completed concurrent bank audit course by ICAI. He is Co-opted member of Digital Accounting and Assurance Board Committee of ICAI. He was working with Deloitte before joining this firm, has over 10+ years of experience in the fields of Accounts, Audit, Direct & Indirect taxes and other Financial Services. He is a UAE VAT advisor providing advice on key components of VAT implementation and planning strategy on VAT compliance model. In India he is leading partner for Internal audits and Tax audits.
